What does the cost of transport depend on?

The cost depends on the size, weight, number of items, and delivery location. For products requiring special protection, we confirm transport costs individually.

What is the delivery process for Chronos products?

We prepare elements for transport in a way that matches their weight, form, and material. Larger orders are shipped in individual crates or we arrange transport after agreeing on the order details.

Can I pick up my order in person?

Yes. Personal pickup is possible by prior arrangement to prepare the product and ensure safe loading.

Are Chronos products frost-resistant?

Yes, all models in our collection are suitable for year-round outdoor use, all year round. However, frost resistance depends on a few simple storage rules, which we describe below.

How to prepare pots and fountains for winter?

Before winter, drain the water, clean the drains, and protect elements susceptible to moisture retention. Fountains require draining of the water system and pump protection according to its instructions.

Why is standing water risky?

Water expands when it freezes. If it remains in depressions, pipes, or clogged drains, it can cause stress and damage to surfaces or installations.

How do the materials in the Chronos collections differ?

Materials vary in weight, texture, aging process, and resistance to external conditions. Reconstructed stone allows for classic forms, metal develops a patina, and stainless steel offers a more contemporary character.

Can the product's color and surface change?

Yes. Products used in the garden naturally react to light, water, temperature, and contact with vegetation. A delicate change in tone or patina are part of the character of many materials.

How to choose the right material for a garden spot?

It's worth considering the architectural style, sun exposure, proximity to water, proportions of flowerbeds, and how the space will be used. For larger projects, we help select materials suitable for the specific location.

Do you fulfill individual orders?

Yes, in selected cases we can adjust the shape, dimensions, finish, or prepare an element based on a design consultation. The scope of possibilities depends on the material and manufacturing technology.

How long does it take to prepare an order?

The lead time depends on product availability, order volume, and any custom work involved. Preparing products from our catalog collection usually takes between 5 and 6 weeks, while for custom orders, the deadline is adjusted to the complexity of the components.

Can I consult about my choice before purchasing?

Of course, for over 35 years we have been advising our clients on style and elements, and we are happy to remain at your disposal.

How to clean reconstructed sandstone products?

Usually, a soft brush, water, and a mild cleaning agent are sufficient. We do not recommend aggressive chemicals or tools that may scratch the surface.

How to clean elements made of patinated zinc steel?

It is advisable to remove deposits regularly before they become ingrained on the surface. For fountains, water quality and the cleanliness of the circulation system are also important.

Impregnation

Yes. In spring, it's worth checking the drains, stability of the setting, and the surface condition after winter. In autumn, the most important thing is to remove leaves, water, and debris before the first frost.
